I found myself contemplating life’s dilemmas, reminiscing about the dreams of my childhood. Suddenly, community medicine chose me, reigniting my passion and making my childhood dream a reality.

At the vaccine center, the laughter of babies fills me with hope as we work to reduce the burden of disease. Yes, we are contributing to the betterment of our nation.

Being responsible for not only attending to vaccine centers but also for maintaining the cold chain, ensuring the quality of vaccines, and teaching the correct administration techniques is a crucial .Yes we are building Nation.

In intervention studies, witnessing women adopt healthier practices to ensure disease-free families fills me with pride. Yes, we are contributing to the development of our nation.

During in-depth interviews with grassroots workers such as ASHA and Anganwadi workers, I gain insights into the challenges they face. Communicating these challenges to higher authorities enables us to protect and strengthen our national medical system. Yes, we are indeed contributing to nation-building.

During family visits, providing door-to-door services and treating entire families, not just individual patients, reaffirms our commitment to nation-building.

During surveys in remote areas, where we encourage people to seek medical assistance without financial constraints, I am reminded of our role in nation-building.

During epidemiological outbreaks, after mapping geographical areas and identifying environmental and social risk factors, i understand that prescribing solutions is crucial in treating entire communities. Yes, we are indeed building our nation.

Engaging in health camps, screening the population, providing free medication and investigations, and promoting the pursuit of medical care as integral steps in nation-building. Yes,we are building Nation.

In research, by reviewing existing studies and innovating new methodologies, we are expanding the scope of our understanding and obtaining new protocols to strive towards a disease-free world. Yes, we are actively contributing to nation-building.

Transitioning from being a student to teaching medical students, as well as educating ASHA and Anganwadi workers, is instrumental in building a robust healthcare system and, ultimately, advancing our nation.Yes we are building Nation.

By conducting a SWOT analysis, updating program documentation, and engaging government stakeholders, the national program to be strengthened and aligned for effective implementation, ensuring that it is supported from all levels of leadership and throughout the entire system.Yes we are building Nation.

As community physicians, we are actively contributing to the development and prosperity of our nation.
