INTRODUCTION:
As we all know that lifestyle diseases like Hypertension,Diabetes Mellitus, and Obesity are increasing day by day due to physical inactivity and negligence towards health seeking behaviour,Zumba is gaining popularity as a global dance fitness exercise to battle lifestyle disorders due to its adaptability to different ages of participants. It combines a variety of lively, enjoyable music with various dancing genres and cardiovascular workouts which are beneficial to people of all ages. Zumba has been linked to numerous neurological benefits, including better memory and neural connections. It can improve cardiovascular endurance and respiratory systems. Zumba intervention has positive effects on psychosocial health as well.

Move More Live More is a non-profit initiative that raises awareness about lifestyle diseases and encourages individuals to engage in physical activity such as Zumba, aerobics, yoga, and other exercises.
HOW WE CONNECT:
Residential areas are selected by based on our convenience , permission is requested before the commencement of activity from the society office or committee members. IEC Material like posters and pamphlets are disseminated .One professional Zumba trainer is assigned for the activity who teaches them the steps of Zumba with music for 20 to 30 minutes with a 5 minute break in between.
Free health checkup is done side by side for all individuals including BP Measurement by sphygmomanometer ,Random blood sugar by glucometer,and anthropometry for BMI, etc.The activity is done once a week on Sundays or holidays.
CONCLUSION:
